BH Community Bank

The construction of this classic bank building has added to the curb appeal of Mt. Rushmore Road. This wood framed structure is two-stories with a full basement for meetings, trainings, and storage. Wood trusses and a glue-laminated timber roof framing add to the charm of this 22,000 square feet facility. To condition the building, a geothermal heating and cooling system was added for energy efficiency. The durable exterior is clad with EIFS (External Insulation Finishing System with stucco-type look) and concrete roof tiles, accented by stone veneer and wood structure.
